
Ita Ekpoudom: Partner, GingerBread Capital
Ita’s mission is to engage, educate, and elevate the next generation of successful women business leaders and investors. As the Founder & CEO of Tigress Ventures, an advisory and consulting firm she started in 2014, Ita tapped her considerable network to bring together visionary entrepreneurs with seasoned pro’s to help women scale their businesses and hone their leadership skills. Tigress Ventures hosted a monthly speakers series featuring thought leaders and industry experts, and provided private consultations with individual clients.
Ita also served as Venture Partner at Plum Alley Investments, where she oversaw investment opportunities and pipeline for high-growth female-founded and gender-diverse startups.
Previously, Ita held product management roles at TravelClick and American Express. She began her career at Goldman Sachs as an analyst in Credit Capital Markets and then as an institutional trader of preferred stock.
Ita holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a certificate in Finance, from Princeton University.

Bruce Shalett: Executive Chairman, Intelligent Quisine
Bruce Shalett is an investor, board director, and advisor whose success has been driven by extensive experience as an entrepreneur and operating executive. His background includes work in management consulting, restructuring advisory services, private equity and venture capital investing. His principal focus has been building consumer-facing brands. Bruce currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Intelligent Quisine (healthy frozen food), and also Chairman of the Board of Zeem Solutions (commercial electric vehicles). Bruce graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, with a B.S. in Economics in 1988, and earned his MBA at Harvard Business School in 1993.

Kevin M. Grant: Partner, DLA Piper
Kevin M. Grant represents strategic and financial buyers and sellers in both US domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He also represents emerging growth companies and investors in matters involving early- and late-stage venture capital, growth equity and private equity transactions.
Kevin has extensive experience advising on joint ventures, strategic alliances and general corporate and compliance matters. He also advises emerging growth companies on matters involving equity and incentive structures, corporate governance, employment and intellectual property. His emerging and high-growth clients are primarily in the technology, life sciences, medical devices, financial services, clean technology and consumer goods industries. Kevin regularly serves as outside general counsel for these companies at various stages of development.

Harper McDonald: President and Co-Founder, HIVE Be Good
Harper has spent her professional career creating and maximizing fan-inspired revenue opportunities for the television, music and CPG industries. As a 20-year creative and digital agency veteran, Harper has crafted multi-channel commerce and marketing strategies for clients such as ABC, CBS, NBC, HBO, ConAgra and the Grateful Dead. Harper’s efforts are now focused on where her experience and passion intersect – working with companies to inspire a culture of good and create purpose-driven socially-conscious strategies that drive civic engagement and positive impact for her clients and our world.
Christopher Crittenden: Founder & CEO, Creighton Harris
Chris is a lifelong learner, contrarian, and builder. After graduating from the University of Georgia, Chris started his career with stints in real estate investment banking, but soon embraced the nonlinear life of an entrepreneur. Since then he has invested in or worked on projects in several verticals, including real estate technology, e-commerce, fintech, film production, and hospitality. Constantly drawing on his wide experience set, Chris loves working on complex problems, making products that bring joy, and making the world more efficient. Currently Chris is the founder of Creighton Harris, a premium men’s grooming company based out of NYC.

Elizabeth Lipscomb: Vice President, Strategic Alliances, Discovery Education
Elizabeth Lipscomb is the Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Discovery Education, a global leader in digital education and a division of Discovery Communications, the #1 nonfiction media company in the world.
Elizabeth serves as Discovery Education's chief representative to the private sector, leading the company's involvement with likeminded social issue networks, workforce coalitions and education taskforces committed to building an equitable future for today’s learners. Seeking to extend, activate and amplify the pro-social efforts of Discovery Education and its partners, her team’s work leads to the delivery of free educational resources supporting traditionally under-funded areas such as STEM education, financial literacy, workforce readiness, environmental stewardship, youth safety and more.
Elizabeth currently sits on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's Advisory Board and the Social Innovation Summit Leadership Council.

Lloyd Nimetz: Founder & Coach, The Spike Lab
Lloyd Nimetz is a serial entrepreneur and startup investor who has been a founder of five for-profits and nonprofits in the US, Taiwan, Argentina and India. Lloyd is currently the founder of The Spike Lab, a 26 week youth entrepreneurship program for high-achieving high school students applying to highly selective US colleges. Previously he directed the education startup accelerator of 4.0 Schools and before that was the co-founder of Dev Bootcamp NYC (parent company was acquired by Kaplan Inc in 2014). Lloyd went to Stanford University (MBA), studied undergrad at Williams College and was a Fulbright Scholar.

Jason White: Head of Platform, Equity Crowdfunding & Token Sales Indiegogo
Jason White is a lifelong entrepreneur who currently heads Indiegogo's Equity Crowdfunding & Token Sale platform. In this role Jason is responsible for building the product, team and processes to enable the next generation of companies to effectively fundraise, at scale, via compliant sale of securities and/or crypto-assets to the crowd. Prior to Indiegogo, Jason has launched and scaled companies across multiple industries, including gaming, travel, insurance, politics and food & beverage.
