Elizabeth Lipscomb is the Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Discovery Education, a global leader in digital education and a division of Discovery Communications, the #1 nonfiction media company in the world. Elizabeth serves as Discovery Education's chief representative to the private sector, leading the company's involvement with likeminded social issue networks, workforce coalitions and education taskforces committed to building an equitable future for today’s learners. Seeking to extend, activate and amplify the pro-social efforts of Discovery Education and its partners, her team’s work leads to the delivery of free educational resources supporting traditionally under-funded areas such as STEM education, financial literacy, workforce readiness, environmental stewardship, youth safety and more. Elizabeth currently sits on the U.S. Chamber of CommerceFoundation's Advisory Board and the Social Innovation Summit Leadership Council.
George Tsiatis - The Resolution Project, Co-Founder and President
George Tsiatis is the President and Co-Founder of The Resolution Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is paving the way to socially-conscious leadership and collaboration for motivated young people across the globe. Through a unique formula of crowd-sourcing, mentorship, and funding, Resolution is building a community which is solving the most pressing issues facing the world today and activating young leaders to create positive and sustainable change throughout the world. George is also the Founder and Managing Director of Group 113, LLC, a brand management business (and certified B Corp) which serves small and mid-size businesses across all industries by providing them with Total Branding services to meet all of their communications and marketing needs. Ita Ekpoudom - Tigress Ventures, Chief Executive Officer
Ita Ekpoudom is the Founder & CEO of Tigress Ventures, an advisory and consulting firm with a mission to engage, educate, and elevate the next generation of successful women business leaders and investors. She is also the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Plum Alley Investments, where she oversees investment opportunities and pipeline for high growth female founded and gender diverse startups. Previously, Ita held product management roles at private equity backed TravelClick and American Express. Ita began her career at Goldman Sachs, as an Analyst in Credit Capital Markets and then as an institutional Trader of Preferred Stock. Ita is a graduate in Psychology, with a certificate in Finance, from Princeton University. She holds an MBA, with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management, from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Aakash has a wide range of experience across start-ups, technology, and academics. Prior to joining Riverside in 2016, he worked as a summer analyst at the private equity firm Littlejohn & Co. where he helped build out a performing credit group. Before Littlejohn, he held a variety of roles in technology, entrepreneurship, and academia. As a junior product manager at Hostway, Aakash was involved in the development of a new product line focused around an e-commerce SaaS platform. As a founder of BlurPort LLC, he led the development ofan innovative data security device. On the weekends, you’ll find him a train ride away in Connecticut enjoying the serenity of suburban life.

Richard Fishman - Ashoka, Angel Investor/Senior Counselor
After careers in law, finance, technology, and venture capital, Richard Fishman is currently senior counselor to Ashoka-Innovators for the Public and an active angel investor in early-stage technology companies. Richard began his career as a civil rights and legal services lawyer and created the first housing and economic development law program in the Southern U.S. He subsequently headed the American Bar Association’s National Housing Law Program and its National Advisory Commission on Housing and Urban Growth. Mr. Fishman left the law to become president of Thinking Machines Corporation, which used massively parallel processing to build the world’s fastest supercomputers at the time. Richard has served and currently serves on the boards of numerous publicly traded and privately held companies and national non-profit organizations. He is a member of the President's Council of the National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine.
Christina Lewis Halpern - All Star Code, Founder and Executive Director
Christina Lewis Halpern is the Founder and Executive Director of All Star Code, a leading, nationally-recognized tech inclusion organization based in New York City that fosters entrepreneurial talent among high school boys of color and ensures they have the tools to succeed. She was recognized in 2016 as a “Woman of Power” by the National Action Network, in 2014 as a White House Champion of Change for STEM Access and in 2015 as an Echoing Green Black Male Achievement Finalist. In her leadership of All Star Code Christina has devoted herself to helping to bridge the diversity gap in the tech community and thus the wealth gap in this country. Christina has a BA from Harvard College in History and Literature. She lives in New York City with her husband, two children, and dog, and is passionate about catalyzing change.
